ODU TO HOST INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL MARCH 28

Old Dominion University will host its annual International Festival from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 28, at the Ted Constant Convocation Center. The festival will celebrate cultures around the world with exhibits featuring ethnic cuisine, music, dance and folklore from more than 20 nations.

Kurt Williams, news anchor from local television station WTKR, will serve as the official host of the festival.

An international children's village will feature games, interactive educational activity stations, inflatables, arts and crafts, cultural performances and a global animal exhibit.

The festival and activities are free and open to the public; international cuisine, arts and crafts and other items will be on sale at the International Marketplace. For more information call ODU's Office of Intercultural Relations at 683-4406 or go to http://studentaffairs.odu.edu/intfestival.
