The Economic Impact Award was established in 2008 and recognizes outstanding practioners of sound economic and financial policy. This year's recipient is Elizabeth "Betsy" Duke - Governor of the Federal Reserve Board. Governor Duke is an alumnus of the ODU MBA program and former Hampton Roads banking executive.
