Nancy Bagranoff, dean of the College of Business and Public Administration, elected Chair-Elect of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. She will take office at the annual meeting of the membership on December 15.

PATTY EDWARDS, lecturer of art, the Bettie Minette Cooper Arts Educator Award at the annual Alli Awards, sponsored by the Cultural Alliance of Greater Hampton Roads. She was honored for her work in getting her art education students involved with community organizations on public art projects.
