Creigh Deeds to Speak to Students on Wednesday

State Sen. Creigh Deeds, the Democratic candidate for governor, will visit the Old Dominion University campus from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, for a "Conversation with Students."

The event, sponsored by the Young Democrats and other ODU student organizations, will be held in the Hampton/Newport News Room of Webb Center. Faculty and staff are also invited to attend, although Deeds is making the visit to address students and hear their concerns, said Jim DeAngio, ODU coordinator of governmental relations.

For more information contact DeAngio at 683-5359 or jdeagnio@odu.edu.
