Biolectrics Seminar is Wednesday
David Weiner, a researcher with the University of Pennsylvania, will present a seminar on DNA vaccines as a presentation Wednesday, Sept. 30, of Old Dominion University's Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics.
The seminar, which is free and open to anyone, begins at 9 a.m. in the first floor auditorium of the E.V. Williams Engineering and Computational Sciences Building.
Weiner's talk is titled "Induction of Robust T Cell Responses and Humoral Responses in Vivo by Engineered DNA Vaccines." He is chair of the gene therapy and vaccine program within the Cell and Molecular Biology Graduate Group at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
