Enrollment Management Forum is Today
The Enrollment Management Reputation Committee will hold an open forum today to discuss public relations, branding, and marketing efforts and initiatives at Old Dominion University.
The forum will be held from 3-5 p.m. in the Chandler Recital Hall in Webb University Center. It is open to all faculty, staff and students.
Begun last fall by Acting President John R. Broderick, the enrollment management initiative aims to develop a comprehensive approach to integrate all of the University's programs, practices, policies, and planning to achieve optimal future enrollment and growth. The plan will establish institutional priorities and provide the basis on which to make decisions for the future of the university.
Thirteen committees with representation from faculty, staff and students are examining various areas of the university that impact enrollment, including:
- customer service
- technology/distance learning
- military
- freshman
- transfer
- graduate
- retention
- campus infrastructure
- budget
- international
- reputation
- continuing education/non-credit
- data assessment.
