News from the Solid State Electronics Group at ODU-ARC

EEC faculty Dr. Helmut Baumgart and his graduate students attended the Electrochemical Society Fall Meeting, the Pacific Rim Meeting in Hawaii from October 11 - 17, 2008. Dr. H. Baumgart served as Conference Organizer of the 10th International Symposium on Semiconductor Wafer Bonding: Science, Technology and Applications.

He and his graduate students presented the following six papers at the ECS conference in two different ECS Symposia:  The 4th Intl. Symposium on Atomic Layer Deposition and the 10th International Symposium on Semiconductor Wafer Bonding: Science, Technology and Applications.
