U.S. Rep. Drake to Tour ODU's Alternative Energy Research Labs Today

U.S. Rep. Thelma Drake (R-Va.) will tour Old Dominion University's algae biodiesel research laboratories with Acting President John R. Broderick and Patrick G. Hatcher, Batten Endowed Chair in physical sciences and executive director of the Virginia Coastal Energy Research Consortium.

The tour will be in ODU's Alfriend Chemistry Building and will begin at 10:45 a.m. It will be followed by a press conference at 11:10 a.m., during which Drake will discuss solutions to America's energy crisis.
