Monarchs, Lady Monarchs Play In Post-Season

Both the Monarchs (College Basketball Invitational) and Lady Monarchs (NCAA tournament) will be participating in post-season play.

The Lady Monarchs will learn more about their path in the women's tournament this evening on ESPN at 7 p.m. when the pairings are announced live. The team won its 17th straight CAA title yesterday by rallying from 18 points down to beat VCU 71-64. Old Dominion is now 50-0 in CAA conference play and will play Sunday at the Ted Constant Convocation Center. A pairings party will be held at Webb Center at 7 p.m. tonight.

The Monarchs have been selected to play in the first CBI and will host Rider at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Ted.
