CCPO LECTURE TO FOCUS ON CARBON'S EFFECT ON OCEAN LIFE NOV. 12
Bruce Corliss of Duke University will describe his research on carbon export and its effect on life at the ocean's bottom in a Fall Seminar 2007 presentation of Old Dominion University's Center for Coastal Physical Oceanography at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, in Room 3200 of the Innovation Research Park @ ODU Building.
Corliss is professor of earth and ocean sciences at Duke's Nicholas School.
A reception with refreshments begins outside the lecture room at 3 p.m.
The seminar is free and open to the public.
