ODU LIBRARIES EXHIBIT FEATURES GRAPHIC DESIGN WINNERS

Old Dominion University Libraries presents an exhibit featuring the 2006 Paul Revere Award Winners from the Music Publishers Association from now until July 26 in the atrium of the Diehn Fine and Performing Arts Center. These awards honor outstanding examples of graphic design, acknowledging music publishers for their efforts to create art for the music industry.

The exhibit combines winning scores in several categories, with historical background on the use of engraving, lithography, typesetting and woodcut blocks for music reproduction.
