WORK AND PROFESSIONAL STUDIES INFORMATION SESSION IS TONIGHT
Old Dominion University will hold an information session on its Work and Professional Studies bachelor's degree program Friday, March 23, at three locations in Hampton Roads.
The sessions, which are free and open to the public, will be held from 5:45 p.m.-7 p.m. at the Norfolk campus, the Virginia Beach Higher Education Center and the Peninsula Higher Education Center in Hampton.
The work and professional studies program offers an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree with a concentration in work-related issues. It blends the knowledge of liberal arts course work with courses that focus on the expansion of professional skills. Faculty come from a variety of disciplines, including professional writing, communications, psychology, health sciences, human resources, management, sociology and political science, among others.
