ODU TO HOST PRE-GAME SOCIALS, VIEWING PARTIES

Old Dominion University will host viewing parties and a pre-game social for students and fans to watch and celebrate the Monarchs and Lady Monarchs participation in the NCAA tournament.

Old Dominion will host a viewing party on Thursday, March 15 at 2:30 p.m. in the north cafeteria of Webb Center to watch the Monarchs take on Butler in the first round of the NCAA tournament. The game will air at 2:50 p.m. on CBS.

In Buffalo, the ODU Athletic Department and Alumni Office will host a pre-game social for all fans on Thursday at the Millennium Hotel at 10 a.m. The reception is free to all fans and a continental breakfast will be served. On Saturday, March 17, the university will sponsor a viewing party in the House of Blue to watch the Lady Monarchs take on Florida State in the women's NCAA first round. The game, which will air on ESPN, will take place at 11 a.m. at the Maples Pavilion on the campus of Stanford University.
