HAMPTON ROADS REAL ESTATE MARKET REVIEW AND FORECAST IS TODAY

Old Dominion University's E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and Economic Development (CREED) will host the 12th annual Hampton Roads Real Estate Market Review and Forecast from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, in the Ted Constant Convocation Center. A reception and exhibitors' hall will be open following the program.

The center is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization that serves as a liaison between Old Dominion and the business community. It supports the university's business college through educational, research and internship programs, and provides real estate market data and research for the Hampton Roads region.

The event attracts more than 700 members of the real estate and development communities throughout Virginia. Presentations highlight market activities in residential, multifamily, retail, office and industrial real estate from the previous year and offer forecasts for the year ahead.
