ENGLISH DEPT. FACULTY MEMBER ON 'WITH GOOD REASON'

Old Dominion University faculty member Carl Whithaus will be featured on an upcoming episode of the statewide public radio program "With Good Reason."

The program highlights the research and expertise of faculty at Virginia colleges and universities. On the program, titled "Can U Rite?," Whithaus will discuss the new part of the SAT, which he says may not fairly reflect the true writing abilities of all students.

The segment will air at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, on WNSB-FM (91.1) and at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, on WHRV-FM (89.5).
