HACE FOOD BASKET NOMINATIONS DUE FRIDAY

Nominations of ODU employees to receive a Thanksgiving food basket from the Hourly and Classified Employees Association (HACE) are due Friday, Nov. 12.

Nomination forms were mailed on campus last week. Nominees should be those who are truly in need of a little extra help during this holiday.

Forms may be sent via campus mail or faxed to Steve Daniel: 100 Koch Hall; the fax number is 3-5501.

The number of baskets (and gift certificates for turkeys) HACE can provide depends on the generosity of the campus community. Donations of canned goods and other nonperishable food items should be brought to the collection sites by 8 a.m. Nov. 22. Checks, made out to HACE, should be sent to Lynda Shirk, HACE treasurer, in 219 Koch Hall.
