TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE OBSERVATIONS TO BE HELD AT ODU OCT. 27

Bruce Hanna, director of the Mary Denson Pretlow Planetarium at Old Dominion University will host an observing session for the total lunar eclipse outside the planetarium from 8:30 to 11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27. The event is free and open to the public.

The Old Dominion Student Physics Society will help observers view the eclipse using telescopes and binoculars. Parking will be available in Lots 23 and 27 on Elkhorn Avenue. For more information or to check the weather forecast for Wednesday evening, call 683-4108.
