CUSTOMER RELATIONS AWARD NOMINATIONS SOUGHT
Nominations are being accepted for the 2004 Customer Relations Employee of the Year award.
Employees and supervisors can nominate classified or hourly employee colleagues who consistently create positive and memorable experiences for customers by:
- exceeding customer expectations - always going above and beyond the call of duty
- providing friendly, caring service � always demonstrating interest in the customer, giving information, listening carefully, and answering questions
- maintaining effective working relationships � always interacting with others courteously, cooperatively, and professionally.
The winner receives $500, three days of recognition leave (if a classified employee) and an engraved plaque.

Nominations are due to Human Resources no later than 5 p.m. Oct. 15. A committee representing the university community will select the winner. Awards will be presented at the Fall Recognition Program to be held at noon Nov. 30 in the North Cafeteria of Webb Center.
