Parking lot 40, located east of the 43rd Street garage will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 24-25 in preparation for the construction of a new parking garage. The lot will close for good in mid-September during construction of the garage that will add 650 parking spaces and is scheduled to open in the fall 2005.
