BUSINESS-PRACTICE TRAINING IS AUG. 11

Old Dominion University's Office of Finance has designed a multi-section training program that focuses on the business practices needed by budget units. The training will be from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Aug. 11, in Webb University Center's Hampton/Newport News rooms.

There are seven required sessions with a review session offered to help employees prepare for the exam. Employees may begin participating in the program any time during the year. The review session and exam are offered twice yearly (June and November). Participants who complete all required courses and pass the exam are awarded a Certificate in University Financial Management.
