PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR SUPERVISORS

The Department of Human Resources will be presenting several refresher-training sessions for supervisors of classified employees during the next few months. The sessions will focus on three objectives; one, reviewing the performance management cycle with an emphasis on evaluation, two, reviewing the employee work profiles and three, a focus on performance feedback.

Sessions will be offered through the fall and are located in Webb University Center.
