ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATED SATURDAY
Old Dominion University's Environmental Health program will celebrate its 30th year anniversary from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 24, at the Canterbury Center on 49th street.
About 50 ENVH alumni and students will gather to celebrate the program's history. Dean Cheryl Samuels will welcome the group and present an overview of the new Health Sciences building. A brief history of the program will be presented and students will present some of their research (internship) projects.
Alumni will talk about their experiences while in the program. There will also be two scholarships awarded by the Virginia Environmental Health Association. Food, fun and other surprises are planned.
