EDUCATION FACULTY TO SERVE ON NATIONAL COMMITTEE
Wendy Michelle Frazier, assistant professor of science education at Old Dominion University, recently was appointed to the National Science Teachers Association Committee on Preservice Teacher Preparation.
"This work is a crucial ingredient to the success of our mission at the NSTA: to promote excellence and innovation in science teaching and learning for all," said Anne Tweed, NSTA president.
The three-year appointment begins June 1. Her responsibilities include participating in the ongoing work of the committee and attending a committee meeting in Atlanta in April.
