JAPANESE JOURNALISM PROFESSOR TO SPEAK JAN. 15

Old Dominion University's Center for Regional Studies, Japanese Studies and the Asian Studies Center are pleased to announce a visit by Yasuharu Ishizawa, professor of journalism at Gakushuin Women's College, Japan.

Professor Ishizawa will lecture on "US-Japanese Relations in the Context of the New World Order" from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, in the Burgess Room of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.

Ishizawa has worked with Newsweek and The Washington Post, was educated at Harvard and has published numerous books on the mass media in Japan and the United States.
