DISSERTATION DEFENSE IS FEB. 11

Old Dominion University doctoral candidate Catherine Banks will defend her dissertation, "The War Powers Resolution: Asserting Congress's Role Over the Use of Military Force," at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, in room 310 of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.

Banks, of ODU's Center for Advanced Engineering Environments at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, is also an adjunct faculty member at Christopher Newport University and Thomas Nelson Commumity College.
