PROCESSION MOVED; COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY AT 1:30 P.M. SUNDAY

Forecasts for inclement weather on Sunday have forced the relocation of the planned procession of graduates and faculty from Webb University Center to the commencement ceremony at the Ted Constant Convocation Center at Old Dominion University.

Graduates are to meet at noon Sunday in the convocation center's Big Blue Room, university officials said. Faculty also will gather at the same time in the east hallway of the convocation center.
