CRGS LECTURE IS NOV. 17
Old Dominion University's Center for Regional and Global Study is sponsoring a discussion by Eric G. Berman, visiting fellow at the Thomas J. Watson Jr. Institute for International Studies at Brown University, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, in the Batten Arts and Letters Building. It is free and open to the public.
Berman will discuss "Can Africa Be Saved? The United Nations and Regional Peacekeeping in Africa and US Policies and the Case of Liberia."
Berman joined the UN in 1990 and continues to work on peace and security issues.
