MAPP TO SIGN BOOKS TODAY IN WEBB CENTER

Alf J. Mapp Jr., professor emeritus of history at Old Dominion University, will be signing his new book "The Faith of Our Fathers" from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Rector's Room of Webb University Center.

Mapp, a nationally known author and historian, is the author of previous books, "Thomas Jefferson: A Strange Case of Mistaken Identity"; "Thomas Jefferson: Passionate Pilgrim"; and "Three Golden Ages." A 1961 graduate of Old Dominion, Mapp taught at the university from 1961-92.
