Virginia Gov. Mark Warner has ordered both the American and state flags at state facilities to be flown at half-staff on Thursday, Sept. 11, from sunrise to sunset to honor those victims who lost their lives two years ago during the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania.
The order was issued Wednesday.
