WINNERS ANNOUNCED AT SECOND ANNUAL DESSERT COMPETITION

Five awards were handed out at the second annual dessert competition, "Just Desserts," yesterday in Webb Center. Sponsored by the President's Office, the event gave faculty and staff a chance to show off their culinary skills.

Jenny Foss, Student Health Services, won the fruit fantasies category for her raspberry orange trifle. Leonthia Avery, Registrar's Office, won the American pies and cakes category for her lemon meringue pie. Sue Parker, Nursing Department, won the chocolate seductions category for her chocolate trifle. Norma Turner, Student Health Services, won the creative genius category for her Southern Belle cake. And Christina Upton, Student Health Services, won the grandmother's recipe category for her grandmother's pound cake.

Each winner received an Old Dominion University recipe box. The office of Student Health Services was also given a prize for greatest staff participation.
