STATE FLAG LOWERED IN POLLARD'S MEMORY
Gov. Mark R. Warner has ordered the flag of the Commonwealth Of Virginia be flown half-staff at the State Capitol and throughout Virginia in respect and memory of former Lt. Gov. Fred G. Pollard, who died July 7 at a hospital in New London, Conn., after a heart attack.
The flag shall be lowered upon receipt of this memo and remain at half-staff until sunset on July 16.
