ODU BASEBALL TEAM TAKES ON NORFOLK TIDES APRIL 1

The Old Dominion baseball team will take on the Norfolk Tides in the annual METROCALL Scholarship Game at 7:15 p.m. on April 1.

The Tides, the AAA affiliate of the New York Mets, will host the Monarchs at Harbor Park in downtown Norfolk. This will be the last exhibition contest for the Tides before they travel to Durham, N.C., to open the season against the Bulls on April 3.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students and children and are available at the ODU ticket office, which can be reached at 757-683-4444. All proceeds support the ODU Intercollegiate Foundation for baseball scholarships. Rain date will be April 2.
