Old Dominion University's Center for Coastal and Physical Oceanography will continue its seminar series when Daniel J. Stilwell of Virginia Tech's Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering discusses a modeling system that uses real-time observations to provide forecasts for conditions in Tampa Bay, Florida, at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, in room 109 of Crittenton Hall, 52nd Street in Norfolk.
