NEW TELECOMMUNICATIONS REQUEST FORMS AVAILABLE ONLINE

Online forms for requesting services from Old Dominion's Office of Telecommunications have been upgraded.

All requests for telecommunications services, including new data or phone lines or equipment purchases, should be submitted electonically via the on-line request page at http://web.odu.edu/af/occs/telephoneworkorders.html.

Access to the on-line forms requires authentication with your Lotus Notes user name and Internet password. If you have not established a Lotus Notes Internet password, please navigate to http://www.odu.edu/af/occs/starting.html#6 for instructions on how to do so. It may take up to two hours for the password to become active.

When an order is received, an e-mail message will be sent to your budget unit director for approval. Please be certain that the budget unit director name you provide on your request is correct. After your request is approved by your budget unit director, it will be processed and the work will be completed within 15 business days.
