Hampton Roads' largest health and fitness event, the NewsChannel 3 Health and Fitness Expo, will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 18 and 19, at the Ted Constant Convocation Center at Old Dominion University.
Health screenings, seminars, fitness demonstrations and free samples will be available.
