BRITISH HISTORIAN TO ADDRESS FOREIGN POLICY JAN. 22
Jeremy Black of the University of Exeter, one of Britain's most noted historians, will deliver a presentation on
"Blair, Britain, Europe and International Relations" at noon Wednesday, Jan. 22, in the Burgess Room of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.
Black's will discuss the choices Britain faces in its relationship with Europe and the United States at a time when uncertainties about the British role in the world abound. Black offers insights into how British foreign policy goals are determined as well as the constraints and opportunities guiding Tony Blair.
