"FRIDAY AFTER NEXT" COMEDY TOUR AT CONSTANT CENTER DEC. 27

Mike Epps, John Witherspoon, Don "DC" Curry and Katt Williams, stars from the movie, "Friday After Next" are coming to the Constant Center at Old Dominion University on Friday, Dec. 27 at 8 p.m. for one show only.

Ticket prices to this night of laughs are $26.00 and $36.00. V.I.P tickets are also available. Tickets are currently on sale and are available at the Constant Center box office (757-683-4444) and all Ticketmaster locations (757-671-8100), or by logging onto ticketmaster.com, or constantcenter.com.

John Witherspoon has brought some of the most hilarious, unforgettable characters to television and the movies. He has starred alongside some of the biggest and brightest funny-men in the business including, Adam Sandler, Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy. Witherspoon has also appeared on several television programs spanning over the last two decades, including The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Living Single, The Incredible Hulk, the Richard Pryor Show, Hill Street Blues, WKRP in Cincinnati and Good Times. With his astonishing resume of cameos and appearances, Witherspoon remains one of the most sought after comedians in film and television, today.

Mike Epps has earned a large portion of his fame through his credits in several films, including Next Friday, How High, Bait, Dr. Dolittle 2 and All About the Benjamins. In 1999, he also made an appearance on the critically acclaimed HBO Mafia series, The Sopranos. Epps, who has been perform standup since he was a teenager has been highly praised for having a natural comedic ability.

Katt Williams was the only comedian to emerge from the recent Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal with a development deal. His comedic style has encouraged NBC to develop a show based on his stand-up material. He is recognized as being one of the up and coming comedians on the circuit.

Don Curry is remembered most for his stellar performances on BET's Comic View. In 1995-1996, Curry won top honors as BET's Comic View's "Comedian of the Year". Over the past decade, he has been touring constantly, both as a headliner in some of the nation's hottest clubs and as a concert act with some of comedy's brightest stars.
