PRAXIS I PRIMER OFFERED BY CONTINUED LEARNING DEPARTMENT
The Darden College of Education's Programs for Continued Learning department will be offering five 90-minute sessions of training in the reading, writing and mathematics components of the Praxis I exam.
The classes, taught by Old Dominion University instructors, will be offered at the following times:
Dates: Feb.1-March 2;
Time: 90 minutes
Writing: 10-11:30 a.m.; math: 1-2:30 p.m.; reading 4-4:30 p.m.
Cost: three content areas (reading, writing and math), $249; two content areas (reading/math or writing/reading, etc.), $174; one content area, $99.
Students will receive the official ETS Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST) Guide, which contains three full-length actual PPST tests in reading, writing and math with correct answers explained, scoring instructions and information about interpreting scores.
