LEGAL PLAN OPEN ENROLLMENT IS THROUGH OCT. 28

Open enrollment for prepaid legal coverage is available through Oct. 28 to Old Dominion University faculty and staff through Legal Resources. Coverage will be effective December 1 and is good for one year.

The plan's legal services include traffic court representation, preparation of wills, credit/warrant disputes, uncontested divorces, purchase and sale of a primary residence. The cost is payroll deducted at $9.60 per pay period for 20 pay periods.

There is an initial enrollment fee of $10, which is paid by check payable to Legal Resources and attached to your legal plan enrollment form which is available in the Department of Human Resources. Those already enrolled in the program will see the notation "LEG RES" on their pay stubs. Coverage continues until it is cancelled.
