BANK OF THE COMMONWEALTH CHARGING INCORRECT FEE AT PUBLIC SAFETY ATM
The Bank of the Commonwealth Automated Teller Machine (ATM) located at Old Dominion University's Public Safety Building has been incorrectly charging a $1.50 transaction fee for Bank of America customers who use the machine. The problem appears to exist only at that ATM location and bank network personnel are working to correct the problem. However, a completion date cannot be given at this time.
Bank of America customers that use the machine should examine their receipts. If an incorrect fee has been charged, bring the receipt to the Bank of the Commonwealth branch office located in Webb University Center for a refund.
