ODU FACULTY TAKE TO THE AIRWAVES ON 'WITH GOOD REASON'
Four Old Dominion faculty members in coming weeks will be guests on the radio program "With Good Reason," which highlights the expertise of Virginia's college and university faculty.
A segment titled "Shakespeare and Race" featuring Associate Professor of English Imtiaz Habib will air Monday, Aug. 19.
A debate on global warming, featuring Jens Bischof, research assistant professor, and David Burdige, professor of ocean earth and atmospheric sciences, will air Monday, Sept. 2.
Roy L. Williams, professor of chemistry at Old Dominion, will discuss his work with the Virginia wine industry on Monday, Sept. 9.
The show airs at 11 a.m. Mondays on WHRV-FM (89.5) and is hosted by Sarah McConnell. Produced by the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities, it is broadcast on 10 public radio stations in Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington, D.C.
