Old Dominion University Police Office Barbara Decoud was honored recently by Chesapeake Bay ASAP and Virginians Opposing Drunk Driving for her efforts in enforcing DUI laws.
Decoud, a member of Old Dominion police force for four years, was one of six officers in Hampton Roads jurisdictions commended by the group during a Law Enforcement Banquet held last week. Virginia Beach Mayor Meyera Oberndorf was the guest speaker.
