AUA OFFERS TWO SESSIONS IN CPR TRAINING

The Association of University Administrators is offering members of the campus community two opportunities to learn or brush up on CPR skills in the coming weeks.

Separate sessions for beginners and for those with previous knowledge of CPR will be held in the Field House, taught by Old Dominion athletic trainer Terry Zablocki. The cost for each session is $2 for AUA members and $5 for nonmembers.

Session I, for beginners, is scheduled for 8:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 30 (space is limited to eight participants).

Session II, for those who have some knowledge of CPR, will be held from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, June 6 (space is limited to 12 participants).

To reserve space in either session contact Beth Lynch at bklynch@odu.com. Include name, session, membership status and phone number.

At the end of each session, participants will have the opportunity to be certified in CPR by the National Safety Council.
