WOMEN'S HISTORY CELEBRATION CONTINUES WITH DISCUSSION OF MARIE CURIE

Old Dominion University's celebration of Women's History Month continues today with a presentation on "Madame Curie: A Scientific Pioneer," from noon to 1 p.m. in the Chesapeake Room, Webb Center.

Chemistry students Erin Gilmore and Kristine Ortwine will lead a presentation on Curie's life and her contributions to the physical sciences, particularly chemistry.
