FILIPINO LECTURE SERIES IS MARCH 28

Author Luis H. Francia will read from his book and give a talk on "Being American in the Philippines, Being Filipino in America: Shadows of Colonialism in the Present Moment" during the Manuel A. Viray Filipino American Studies Series Lecture at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 28, in the Burgess Room of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.

The series is sponsored by the Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity in cooperation with the Asian Studies Program. Refreshments will be provided.
