DMV MOBILE UNIT AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS TODAY

Old Dominion University's Department of Human Resources, in partnership with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), will bring the DMV Mobile Unit to campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6.

Located in the back section of the Powhatan Parking Lot at 44th Street and Powhatan Avenue, the DMV Mobile Unit will provide all DMV services to students, faculty, staff and neighbors, as would the DMV office.

Services include obtaining or renewing an original driver's license, state photo ID, a driver transcript, and registration and renewal for license plates and decals. Services for obtaining or replacing a title will also be offered.

For information on the documentation required to obtain a state ID or driver's license, which changed Dec. 2001, visit the DMV Web site at www.dmv.state.va.us.

Proposed future DMV Mobile Unit visits are April 3, Sept. 4 and Nov. 6.

For more information contact Dave Hollembeak at 683-3051.
