BLACK HISTORY MONTH CONTINUES TONIGHT WITH FILM SCREENING

Old Dominion University's observance of Black History Month 2002, "Interpretations of Blackness," continues today with a"Mr. GQ Blue," an annual pageant for African American males, at 7 p.m. in the North Cafeteria of Webb University Center.

Other events this month include:

"Black Inventors Exhibit," an exhibit touting the inventions of black American inventors, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., North Mall, Webb University Center.

"A Greek Tragedy: A Study in Racism," a discussion of the impact recent incidents at Auburn University have had on Greek campus life, 8 p.m., Hampton/Newport News Room, Webb University Center.

Black History Month Annual Lecture by Na-im Akbar, psychologist and a pioneer in the development of an African-centered approach in modern psychology, 7 p.m., North Cafeteria, Webb University Center.
