RECTOR KELLEY RECOGNIZED BY VIRGINIA BUSINESS MAGAZINE

Walter D. Kelley Jr., rector of Old Dominion University's Board of Visitors, was named one of the commonwealth's "Legal Elite" in the December issue of Virginia Business magazine.

A partner with the law firm of Troutman Sanders Mays & Valentine LLP in Norfolk, Kelley was ranked among Virginia's top litigators.

In addition to representing private clients, Kelley serves as commissioner in chancery for the Norfolk Circuit Court, overseeing business disputes referred by the court.
