LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS TO SHARE INSIGHTS WITH STUDENTS AT PANEL DISCUSSION TODAY

Four local business leaders will be part of a Leadership Panel sponsored by the College of Business and Public Administration's Executive Advisory Council and honors program Thursday, Nov. 29.

The panel, which will be held from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m. in room 345 of the Technology Building, will give students the opportunity to listen to senior executives share insights and personal experiences.

Panelists include Brooks Gornto, president of Watters & Martin, Inc.; Dr. Jack Hilgers, retired United States Marine Corps colonel and Old Dominion Board of Visitors member; and David Kaufman, chairman and general partner of Envest Ventures. The moderator for the panel will be Delceno Miles, president and chief executive officer of The Miles Agency.

Free pizza and soda will be served starting at 12:15 p.m.
