BOV MEMBER SCOTT PATTISON NAMED TO WARNER TRANSITION TEAM
Governor-elect Mark Warner has named Old Dominion University Board of Visitors member Scott D. Pattison to serve on his Transition Finance Advisory Committee.
Pattison, executive director of the National Association of State Budget Officers and former director of the Virginia Department of Planning and Budget, will be joined on the committee by J. Alfred Broaddus Jr., president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond; Christine Chmura, president and senior economist for Chmura Economics and Analytics; and Paul W. Timmreck, senior vice president for finance and administration at Virginia Commonwealth University.
In a released statement, Warner said that Pattison and the others "bring with them a tremendous wealth of experience and expertise on fiscal and economic issues facing the Commonwealth. Their counsel will be invaluable to me as we prepare to hit the ground running in putting Virginia's fiscal house back in order."
Pattison was appointed to the Old Dominion Board of Visitors last July for a four-year term.
